Farm Animals are unhappy, hungry, thirsty -AkitsuneMochi

I have almost every animal besides cats and horses. For the most part, barn animals are fine but the smaller animals and dogs have some bugs. The coop animals still produce eggs/wool but they are unhappy, hungry, and thirsty.

Dogs: unsheltered beds even though it is inside a building (when I first built the beds, it said sheltered but then switched to unsheltered and has stayed that way for an in game month). They are consistently hungry/thirsty even though food/water is readily available and accessible

Chickens: they are consistently hungry/thirsty even though food/water is readily available and accessible

Ducks: they are consistently hungry/thirsty even though food/water is readily available and accessible. The ducks seem stuck inside the pen, I sometimes see one come out but then the next day it's back inside the pen. They look like they're in jail looking at the food and water dish, it's so sad :(

Rabbits: they are consistently hungry/thirsty even though food/water is readily available and accessible. The rabbits HAVE NOT eaten/drank water since I got them. The feeder and water dish is completely full

Quails: they are consistently hungry/thirsty even though food/water is readily available and accessible. 3/4 quails go in and out of the pen but one in particular is stuck in the pen (the bed area). It's been stuck since the first day I got it. There's also no option to clean their bedding (doesn't look like it's been used) but they are so upset at either "dirty bedding" or hunger/thirst

Can second the "pet bed said 'sheltered' when you first laid it down and now says unsheltered even though its indoors."

My chickens used to drink, but they suddenly stopped drinking and say "thirsty" even though they have 2 waterers that are both full.
