Hi! When in build mode there are some options on the right hand side of the screen. One of them is select/destroy structures. Make sure you have that selected. This is to prevent you from accidentally moving/deleting your house while decorating the interiors ☺ Hope that helps!'

For clarification I did have the bulldoze option selected and could bulldoze other buildings and even small appliances. The UI would not latch onto the shed to allow for bulldozing.
