I purchased the small waterer from Gabe, in order to prepare for buying rabbits and chickens. I placed the waterer in my cache the same time I placed the rabbit feeder in the cache. I was able to place the rabbit feeder, but the small waterer will not show up in my drone builder menu. I bought another one and placed it in the cache, still won't show up. I took them out and put them back in and still won't show up. I'm under the impression that you can't even look at animals to buy until you have all the infrastructure for the animal. At least, that's what I assume because I have never actually seen an animal buying menu at Gabe's. This kinda breaks the game doesn't it? Because I think you have to build a small animal coop and purchase an animal before the option to build large animal barns is unlocked. I'm in fall and I don't have any farm animals yet. Help.
