You can now press alt+scroll wheel to navigate between the first row of your inventory items, but it would be great if there was another key to hold with scroll to scroll between levels of that same inventory category. Like CTRL+scroll (hard to reach though) to shift quickly to 2nd, 3rd and 4th rows. Or a button to assign to do this like scroll wheel click.
