No UI prompt for game machines at the pub during hangouts -RainyGamesHidden

Steps to reproduce:
-Attend a hangout at the pub and choose the option to play games or to do the coin machines.
-When you get to either machine it will be missing the UI prompt to play the game
This is reproducible 5/5 times
*Note UI prompts do appear outside of hangout cutscenes.
