The UI is too zoomed in for widescreen settings.
Already when creating your character, you only see half of it.
Once you get to the point where Akira writes you, the option "I did it" is outside of the screen and cannot be clicked. As you can not go into the menu, there is no way to get out of this situation besides closing the game.
