Controller cursor UI issue -kelsvy

Noticed issue with the cursor in dialogue and tutorial screens. Moving the cursor all the way to the right or bottom of screen loops the cursor to the left and top of the screen. This does not occur the other way around. Example would be holding cursor down which would move the cursor down, jump to top of screen and continue down and repeat.
Does not affect gameplay but does not appear to be expected behavior.

To add. I play on my 4K TV, but use the resolution of 1920x1080 in game. Why this is irritating? Using a controller means I have less control over the cursor. When I need to close a shop menu, I move the cursor which takes a couple of seconds to the bottom of screen. Sometimes I would move that cursor a little too far and the location resets to the top left of the screen.
