Cleared out the fenced in area at the highest point of the farm and was hoping to put the Bungalow house there, but it is unable to be placed despite fitting in the building area and nothing is blocking placement. The building is still able to be placed colliding through some nearby fences and nearby trees so maybe something is wrong with that specific area.
