Stuck on fence after crashing bike -RaiDaz

I rode my bike a little too fast, crashed into a fence and my character flew off the bike and got stuck on a fence. Tried multiple things to right myself. Character is just hilariously flopped over the fence and twitching like a dead bug.

Hey there! For future reference you should be able to get up from ragdoll position with the jump key. Or you can teleport home from the pause menu. Thanks!
