Completing quests I didn’t have -hanhanhan

I sold amethyst at ishikawa jewellery and this completed the quest to sell wool to debonaire in higashi. I didn’t have this quest yet and I don’t have any animals or wool as I’m only on day 8. It remains in my journal as completed under the homesteading quest

Same circumstance happened to me, selling amethyst to ishikawa jewelry (in my case on a farmer's market day) caused the sell wool to debonaire in higashi quest (that I had not been prompted with before) to show up as completed.
