Bug still exists in 1-13-21. Phillip's "provide item" quest references his name instead of the date and item he wants. In my case, he desires a plum. Check your journal quest log to see what he really wants.

Also, Katherine "find item" quest, when she says she needs it by, the text says {qdate} or something similar.
