This may be related to the various reports of NPCs sitting on one another on benches. Visited Sako at home above Oak Tree Groceries and when I walked into her kitchen, she was sitting in midair, well above her chair. I was able to speak to her with no issues. When she stood up, she was standing on the table. It's like the sense of where the "floor" is is offset by about a metre or so. Not game-breaking by any stretch - just a little odd. :)
