Woke up to watering hose suddenly stretched in a zigzag 100+ meters away -Zefie

At the farm, I woke up one morning to find that the watering hose was stretched out already, roughly towards the mine. I thought someone might be borrowing it but eventually it started zigzagging and going through the ground, and such. I have no idea what caused this. I didn't even use it yesterday and it was not like this, though I did build a fence around the shed, it could be related. The hose is still usable, but did not fix itself when I picked it up. I did not manage to find a point it was going to, as eventually the ground got too tall and hid it as I approached the mountains.

So about 3-4 days later, it seems to have fixed itself. In that time, I used the hose a few times, built some lanterns inside the fenced area, walked into the mines and saw the first Oni, spoke to Kaida about combat, learned a few skills, and other various things, and I'm completely unsure if any of these fixed it, or had any effect.
