I was harvesting in a large forest area with trees but mostly bamboo. I jumped from uphill and landed in the small river, possibly a creek? And was then stuck underwater in a swimming loop. I could turn, but that was the limit of my movement. Unable to jump or swim in any actual direction. I think my character was wedged between the two river banks.
