Stuck in Vendor Menu -geniusatwork543

On a controller, talking to Phillip at his counter, I'm unable to choose any option like Purchase Items and Services, Sell, or Goodbye. Switching to mouse and keyboard does not fix this. (Note: Before this I rode my bike, talked to Phillip, and then this began at the cash register. The main menu also prevents me from choosing to Return to Last Sleeping Spot)

Another issue if you succed to enter the "purchase/services" that it locks at a certain point after editing the requested materials to be made (usually after 2 or three materials added). Happened with Philip as well, also following the below steps with talking with Philip first and then try to purchase from him. Was able to exit the bug only by pressing ESC on the keyboard, controller did not work.
