In my small house, my refrigerator is near my futon. I wanted to open it, but accidentally clicked on my futon... and immediately fell asleep at 10 a.m., wasting a whole day.

My suggestion:
Ask the player whether he wants to go to bed so that he has to confirm again. Or, if that's too annoying for some players and making this request optional is too much effort, then maybe at least put a restriction on when you can go to sleep. So that I can't go to bed again at 10 a.m., but only after 6 p.m.
