Rocks are now taking 4 hits -danooli

I have the skill where a rock will break after one hit, but now after the latest patch (patch 3 1.15.30) I'm in the top level of the cavern and rocks take 4 hits again to break.

I have experienced this the first time or two in Patch 2 then after I went into the Sparky's cave system the rocks worked correctly until now in Patch 3. I haven't tried going deeper in the caves yet.
