The post office in my game is never open anymore. Even on days that it should be open. It was functional around the first week in game and after that it has never been open again. Truthfully, I should have reloaded and started over but I was still early in the game and thought maybe the issue would resolve itself.

It has not resolved itself and I am now approximately 30 hours into my save.
