Two things, 1 the option to remove coal once placed or have a max amount you can add to a grill at once. I accidentally dropped a x50 stack of coal and couldn't take it back out. 2, I moved the grill with the coal in it but the orangy light telling me it had fuel in it, stayed where the grill had been previously.
