Trying to plant a seed or harvest a plant is pretty difficult as it's not easy to see the area that is targeted. My farmer walks to and fro trying to find the sweet spot to press E

While it is hard to tell normally, you can hold right click on the mouse to enter a targeting mode with a reticle that shows where you will be interacting, be it planting, harvesting, chopping trees, or just about any other action, you can use the aim mode to help target the desired object.
