When deleting a blueprint off of the farm it drops items as if I were scrapping an already built structure. For example a newly built solar panel blueprint with no items can be scrapped and give me items like wire, solar sheets, iron bars and bolts.

This is a known bug, just marking as invalid due to having a report already, but thank you very much for taking the time to report and give details!
