Harvesting turnips gave seeds

I had to restart the day, and I had harvested turnips originally with no problems. The second time around, though, I ended up with 76 seeds and 0 actual turnips. I started with 25 planted, so not totally sure how that happened

This is not a bug. The plants weren't harvested in time, and so they went to seed.

Oh that makes sense! Should that still have been the case if I technically harvested them at the exact same time? Since I had to restart the day, theoretically it shouldn't have saved as an extra day

There's currently a separate issue with the day of the week properly saving/loading if not in a single session that may have caused this when reloading(the crop going to seed mode is working as intended though)
