I found a exploit inside the mine area.

I tested it from the bridge area all the way inside. At any point it is function.

3. open phone and map app

4. inside the map app move around then click the center button (highlighted below right corner)

5. after the map goes to your position close the map. You will respawn with everything in the area.

6. Now are random mining spots spawned and you can mine everything again.
