Electric water pump - Doesn't automatically turn on back if the water levels in the tank(s) go down after being at max limit

Steps:
1. Build an electric water pump (have a source of electricity like solar panel which produces enough power for the pump to work)
2. Turn on the pump so that the medium water tank(s) is/are at full water capacity. Now it switches to paused mode and says "all water tanks are full".
3. Save the game so that the day ends and a new day begins
4. Use the hose to pour some water so that the water levels in the tank(s) go down a little
5. Observe that the pump now remains in the "Paused" mode when it should automatically start pumping water again. Now it remains in this paused state until the player manually turns it off and on again
