It was my first day so I loaded my game (day 1) by mistake cause I thought it was so save rather than load. Once I did that, I cannot access any shops (it is 12pm and for example Sako says the shop is open at 10am but it's not.). Same with Hiro, he is still playing with the drone at 12pm. As for Gabe, after the reload and before, whenever he is leaning against the wall outside, I cannot speak with him. Hope this helps. I will restart a fresh game tomorrow.
