Breaking mine rocks causes loot to explode past the walls sometimes. It comes out so fast it goes past the wall collision detection.

Or it'll just go through the floor. As a workaround, I stand on the rocks I'm mining. This does not catch every of them but it does catch more than the current half that's lost to the wall/floor.
